Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Rescalio Upscaler at https://rescalio.org (the "Service"), operated by S P Luminous Information Technology (registration no. 1050342), Office 350-051, Schon Business Park, Dubai Investments Park, Dubai 15804, United Arab Emirates, registered in United Arab Emirates. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Rescalio Upscaler provides online AI image upscaling (2×–8×) with General, Face, and Anime models. Results are provided "as is"; we do not guarantee perfect restoration of detail. Free tier includes daily limits, file size caps, and a watermark on downloads.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us at mrktsales2025@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not upload illegal content, malware, or material you lack rights to process. Automated abuse, credential sharing, or circumventing usage limits is prohibited. "Unlimited" plans, when offered, are subject to fair-use limits to prevent abuse.

Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are sold as subscriptions. Payments are processed through Creem as our Merchant of Record (MoR). Creem collects payment, applicable taxes, and issues receipts. Starter is billed at $5.99/month (or $48/year); Pro at $11.99/month (or $95.88/year). Prices may change with notice; existing subscribers are notified before renewal at a new price where required by law.

To subscribe, pick Starter or Pro on Pricing or Billing & subscription and complete checkout on Creem's secure payment page (cards and wallets where available).

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Update payment method or download invoices via Payment method & invoices (Creem customer portal) on that page. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy and follow Creem's policies and applicable consumer law.

You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver upscaled outputs for the Service. We do not use your images to train models without explicit consent.

The Service is provided without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
